Custom pillow covers are made with one shirt. Most pillow covers fit a 18" pillow form, if shirt is smaller, then I will cut it to a standard size pillow form and let you know which size you will need. The cover can be made with or without the memorial patch. I can also make a custom patch for an additional $10
